Manage Your Subscription
To change or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. You can switch between weekly, monthly, and annual plans, or cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Common Questions
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. Cancel anytime before it ends to avoid being billed.
Can I regenerate my training plan?
Yes. With an active subscription, you can regenerate your plan as many times as you want. Your plan adapts based on your performance data and workout feedback.
Does Complete access my health data?
Only with your permission. Complete uses Apple HealthKit to read workout and heart rate data to track your progress and adapt your plan. This data is never sold or shared.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access to the app until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll need to resubscribe to generate new plans or access premium features.
I need a refund.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for your subscription purchase.
