- Health data: With your permission, we access Apple HealthKit data (running workouts, heart rate) to track progress and adapt your plan. This data is processed on-device and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- Payment information: Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details.
- Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics to improve the service (feature usage, training plan engagement).
How We Use Your Information

HealthKit Data
Complete uses Apple HealthKit to read workout and heart rate data with your explicit permission. This data is used solely to match workouts to your training plan, calculate training load, and improve race predictions. HealthKit data is processed on your device and synced to your account for plan adaptation. We do not sell, share, or use HealthKit data for advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — Authentication and data storage.
- Apple App Store — Subscription payment processing.
- Vercel — Website hosting and analytics.
- PostHog — Anonymous product analytics.
- Sentry — Error monitoring.
Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies via Vercel to understand how the service is used. No advertising cookies are used.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your account data and training plans are retained as long as your account is active. Workout completions and feedback are stored locally on your device. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
