PhysioEffekt reviews your request, checks that a treadmill test is appropriate for you, and then confirms your appointment directly. The aim is to schedule your test within 14 days of your request. This extra step exists because a running diagnostic is a clinical measurement, not a gym booking, and PhysioEffekt screens every request before confirming a time.

How the treadmill test works

The test itself is a standardized treadmill running diagnostic, clinically reviewed by PhysioEffekt. In plain terms, that means the same protocol every time, with your heart rate and effort tracked as the belt speed or incline steps up, so PhysioEffekt can read exactly where your zones and your threshold sit, not just estimate them. Your results are published to your Complete Progress tab afterward. To put them to work you open Review & Apply, look at the new zones next to your current ones, and confirm them. Your plan is then built on measured zones instead of a PDF you have to interpret yourself.
