ABOUT

About Complete

Complete is the fitness superapp: every sport counts, and you compete with your friends in all of them. It starts from your long-term goals, counts every workout that reaches Apple Health, tells you what to do each day, and writes a plan when you have a race. The aim is more good years.

What Complete does

Starts from your goals

When you join, you pick what you want to work toward for years: build muscle, lose fat, improve cardio, get stronger, general health, or become an athlete. They stay, and they steer what Complete recommends every day.

Counts every workout

Every workout that reaches Apple Health, from any watch that writes to it, earns points toward your score. You can also import FIT files, track a run with your phone or log a gym session set by set.

Tells you what to do each day

Complete reads your goals, your recovery and your recent training and recommends the next session, with or without a plan.

Puts you against your friends

Roads are ladders of targets, from your 5K time to your deadlift, and you see where your friends are on them. You get a rating in each category (cardio, strength, sport, recovery and consistency) plus an overall one, and leaderboards among the people you follow, in your city and country, worldwide and in your clubs.

Writes a plan when you have a race

Running plans from 5K to ultra, Hyrox plans and general fitness plans, built around the sports you already play. Cycling and triathlon training come in 2027.

What makes Complete different

1. It starts from goals, not a plan

A training plan runs for a set number of weeks and then ends. A body is built over years, so Complete keeps your goals and recommends a session every day. The daily recommendation works without a plan; a race can add a plan.

2. Eleven kinds of sport count

Running, gym, HIIT and classes, Hyrox, cycling, swimming, padel, team sports, tennis, golf, yoga and walking all earn points toward your score when they reach Apple Health. Training load is stricter: a round of golf or a yoga class adds very little and a walk adds none.

3. Zones come from your own data

Your heart rate zones are set from your own workouts and update as you train. Only with no usable history does Complete start from an age formula, and it replaces that once your own data arrives. Strava’s custom heart rate zones are part of its subscription.

4. You compete in every sport, not only running

A gym session, a padel match or a yoga class earns points on the same leaderboards as a run, in five places: friends, your city, your country, worldwide and your clubs. Strava records and shares activities for free; Complete does that and ranks strength and sport too.

5. Your recovery changes today, not your plan

A daily recovery score from HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and breathing rate. On a red day today’s session turns into rest or an easy one, and the week’s plan stays. TrainingPeaks plans come from coaches and its plan store, on top of Premium; Complete writes yours when you have a race.

Who uses Complete

People who want to get fitter over years without following a training plan, and who do more than one sport: a run, a gym session and a padel match in the same week.

Runners preparing for a race, from 5K to ultra, and Hyrox athletes, who get a plan, their official race results and 13 Hyrox Roads.

Friends who want one scoreboard for everything they do, whatever the sport.

The team behind Complete

Paul Schmidt, co-founder

Paul Schmidt builds Complete from Berlin. He studied Banking and Finance at Frankfurt School (2017 to 2021), with internships across consumer startups, venture capital and strategy consulting.

In 2021 he co-founded fxhash and ran it as COO, building it into the largest generative art platform in the world: 5,000+ artists, 200,000+ collectors and 2.5M mints in four years, with artists’ work shown at Art Basel and Paris Photo. The company raised about five and a half million from investors including 1kx, USV, Fabric and Coinbase Ventures, and over a hundred million traded across the art and its token.

In March 2026 he stepped out to build Complete, the first product he has built end to end alone.

How Complete works

  1. Pick your goals. They stay, and they steer every recommendation.
  2. Train your own way and bring it in. Apple Health from any watch, a FIT file, a phone-tracked run or a logged session all count.
  3. Get the day’s recommendation. It reads your goals, your recovery and your recent training.
  4. Compete on Roads and leaderboards with your friends, and add a plan when you sign up for a race.
