Agreement
By accessing or using Complete ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Service Description
Complete is an iOS application that provides personalized Hyrox training plans generated based on your fitness assessment. Plans include periodized workouts, race predictions, training load monitoring, and adaptive plan regeneration.
Subscriptions & Payments
- Complete is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plans: Weekly ($5.99/week), Monthly ($14.99/month), and Annual ($99.99/year).
- A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate assessment information.
- Training plans are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
- Consult a medical professional before starting any new exercise program.
Disclaimer
Training plans are generated algorithmically based on the information you provide. Complete is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. You assume all risk associated with using the training plans. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and materials in the Service are owned by Complete. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the training plans for the duration of your active subscription.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
