According to the HYROX Singles rulebook (26/27, read on Oct 18, 2026), a race has the same eight stations in the same order: SkiErg, Sled push, Sled pull, Burpee broad jumps, Rowing, Farmers carry, Sandbag lunges and Wall balls. The distance and weight of each station depend on the division.
Which divisions can I enter at HYROX Incheon?
The station table in the HYROX Singles rulebook (26/27, read on Oct 18, 2026) sets weights for Women Open, Men Open, Women Pro and Men Pro. For women and men alike, Pro carries heavier weights than Open: the sled push is 102 kg including sled for Women Open, 152 kg including sled for Men Open and Women Pro, and 202 kg including sled for Men Pro.
